I think the best course of action is to ask on the ant mailing list but
I think I've seen an email you posted there (not sure though). In Cactus
land, the only thing we've done is to redistribute the Ant
junit-noframes.xsl XSL file.

There is another option which is to let Cactus perform the XSL
transformation on the server side (and not by your browser). This
feature has been added recently by Chris Lenz and is available in Cactus
nightly builds (http://cvs.apache.org/builds/jakarta-cactus/nightly/).

I'm using 6.0.* and it's working nicely (I haven't tried it recently but
it was working fine some time ago).
