Actually we need to completely rewrite the getting started page as it a bit old and does not take into account the new integration modules (Ant, Eclipse, Maven, etc). I've added a note to the tomcat howto page. However, the real fix is to improve the cactifywar task which should correctly report the duplication. I'm keeping this bug open until this is fixed. I've renamed the bug's summary.
