Thanks. I've fixed it again. It was a complex fix which has required me to modify both
the WAR and EJB Maven plugins. You'll now need version 1.6 of the EJB plugin and
version 1.7 of the WAR plugin for the Cactus plugin to work.

The expected name of the generated war file is currently hardcoded to
pom.artifactId rather than relying on maven.war.final.name. I've got a patch
I'll attach shortly.
