I forgot to mention, the servlet-ejb test requires you to run maven ejb:install in the
samples/ejb directory before you run the servlet-ejb test. I can create a maven.xml
file with a pregoal so that it does this automatically if you want.

Vincent suggested a way to implement the cactus:test-war-in-ear implemenation to allow
testing of war components that depend on ejbs, but don't use the ejb linking. I have
completed the work and now creating this ticket to create the patch.
