Version 1.6 of the maven-ear-plugin introduced new properties for dependencies,
such as ear.bundle.name and ear.bundle.dir (see issues
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPEAR-26 and
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPEAR-23), but the maven-cactus-plugin is not
using such new properties.
