2 things :
- use the external definition in cactus.properties to define what a given
test supports in term of strategy (IC, MO, PF). I'm sure some tests can only
be run in IC and obviously those running PF would normally not be able to be
run in either IC or MO
- use the -D flag to tell Cactus what kind of tests it should run, i.e. it
will only run the tests that supports the specified strategy and ignore the
other ones
