Hi Veena,
 
1/ Yes it is possible to use the current version (1.1) of Cactus to test EJBs
2/ A tutorial is currently being written on the subject (should be available before the end of the week)
3/ We'll post some sample app. soon but it is really simple :
 
- get a reference to your EJB using standard JNDI
- create an instance
- call the method to test
- perform asserts
 
If you wish a tutorial right now, you can have a look at the one from JUnitEE (Cactus works the same way - but provides additional features for unit testing Servlets, JSP, Taglibs, Filters ... :-)) : http://junitee.sourceforge.net/tutorial.html
