Hi,
First of all I'm a cacuts newbie, but I used junit (a lot) and once
httpunit. Unfortunallty httpunit is not able to set the Encoding of a
Paramter that I send to a servlet, which can lead to unexpected results. So
I deployed cactus as described on our fine web-site. As I started the client
TestCase I got following Excpetion:

I cannot remember to read anything about RessourceBundles or Locals! Did I
miss something? I excuted the TestCase form my IDE (Netbeans 3.2.1).
Any help would be appreciated.
