  Check out the CLASSPATH setting in your system. If you have both
your old commons-cactus-1.1.jar and the new commons-cactus.xxyy.jar
file in your CLASSPATH, try removing the old one and see to it that
it is not going to corrupt your CLASSPATH with incompatible libraries.
