Hello,
Yes, I have used Cactus with Websphere and it works good. However, I have
not set up any ant scripts to start/stop the server.

YES!!!!!!
I will be implementing quite a few Struts action tests in the very near
future, and would be more than happy to contribute to such an effort. I
believe we should be able to create some basic Cactus extended base
class(es?) to take care of some of the details of dealing with Struts that
will be needed in all such test cases.
I've yet to hear from anyone doing WebSphere Cactus testing though (which
is
a relevant part of the equation, as I'll be doing Cactus tests against it).
I need to be able to deploy/start/stop WebSphere from Ant. Surely this has
been done before. Could someone share the details?
Erik
