Hi, I have uploaded the latest Cactus build for version 1.3dev on the web site : http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-cactus/nightly/2002-04-16/ for those who want to play with it.
Bear in mind that a few things have changed from version 1.2 (see the changes.html file in the zip). Also, please check http://jakarta.apache.org/cactus/howto_migration.html.
