Bug in Sample build (jakarta-cactus-13-1.4)

There is a reference to "commons-httpclient-2.0alpha1-20020720.jar" in
build.properties.sample but there is a
"commons-httpclient-2.0alpha1-20020606.jar" file in the lib directory.

Esay to fix but still .....
