Hi, Vincent! I know you are very busy, but you are so kind to reply to our beginners questions! I am strugling with national charactersets and I beg to ask you, is it true that browser (IE6.0) encodes URL and doesn't encode parameters sended from html form?
[As I have to set parameter in WebRequest as URL specified one, I have it to be encoded. But then my java classes in application wait for not encoded parameters from html form.] Please, excuse me for a question a little concern with Cactus.
