AFAIK the XSLT stylesheets are taken from Ant, where they are used by the <junitreport> task. So if they get updated, it'd be there:
<http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs/jakarta-ant/src/etc/junit-noframes.xsl>
I'm not sure which version is included with Cactus 1.4.1... Vincent?
