Does the scheduled task .cfm file - do they sit in their own folder with their own application.cfm? The reason I ask - is something I can often forget is that I'll have my logn/logous security running in my application.cfm, and when I go to fire my scheduled event, the security kicks in, and presto, that error occurs (through a cflocation). Or ou may have the URL wrong - try calling the URL from your PC.. and see what happens.
