Hi Alex, The best is to ask your question on the Cactus user mailing list. The plugin has not been tested on Eclipse 3.0 (it has been tested on Eclipse 2.1).
Check your .log file (in your workspace) for errors and please post them to the cactus user list so that we can help you.
