Hi Alex,
This was a build bug. I have just fixed it in CVS. You can either wait
for the next nightly build to happen (tomorrow) or simply edit the
plugin.xml file in both webapp and runner plugins and replace the
"${project.version.plugin}" string with a number like "1.6.20030731".
