Yes, I confirm. That said, if you're using the Cactus plugin for Maven, it won't work out of the box with the Clover plugin (though it is easy to fix). The reason is that the clover runtime jar would need to be added to the cactified webapp.
Feel free to submit a patch for the Catcus plugin for Maven and I'll commit it.
