This probably means you have manually the servlet redirector to your tomcat web.xml file. You must be using the Ant integration and the cactifywar task which automatically adds the servlet redirector (and is not yet intelligent enough to check if it's already there). Thus it gets added twice...
Actually, it *should* be intelligent enough. However, it has been reported a number of times that the duplicate checking doesn't seem to work reliably.
I must admit that I've had trouble keeping up with all the messages on cactus-user (and even bugzilla), so maybe the underlying problem has been identified?
