I haven't looked at the way this plugin is packaged, but to me the directory
name looks suspiciously like the name of the zip file.
Has your ZIP program genrated an extra level of directory nesting?
[eclipse home]/
plugins/
org.apache.cactus.eclipse.runner_1.6dev-20031029/
plugins/
org.apache.cactus.eclipse.runner_1.6dev/
..plugin files..
I'm guessing you have something very like that. Instead, you need:
[eclipse home]/
plugins/
org.apache.cactus.eclipse.runner_1.6dev/
..plugin files..
Again, I'm guessing a bit at file names, but I'm 90% certain of my diagnosis
because I have done the same myself in the past.
