The easiest solution for you is to use one of the Cactus front ends (aka
cactus integrations). For example using it from Ant or from Maven is
extremely easy. Check the Cactus web site for more information.

If you still wish to configure cactus manually, please check the
"Manual" integration pages on the Cactus web site. It described very
precisely what jar you have to set where.
