Cool. However it's a pain to have to define a custom config.xml just for
this. I have committed the change so that a FORCESHUTDOWN is now always
done for stopping WebLogic 7.x. If some users absolutely want to have a
non-forceshutdown, then we'll probably end up with adding a
forceshutdown="yes|no" attribute (but I'd rather not if possible to keep
things as simple as possible).
