No, you'll have to use the <generic> nested element of the <cactus> task and
provide some scripts to start/stop websphere.

That said, search the mailing list and you'll find several such scripts
posted.

BTW, it's always a good idea to search the mailing list before asking
questions... just in case the answer is there... :-)
