I also tried startUpWait=2000 (the originally value) and still the same
problem.
I think this isn't the problem with the .ear file, because if I
shutdown and then restart the jboss server, rerun the cactus testcases
in Eclipse, everything works fine, except that it shutdown the jboss,
which isn't what I want.
