Nidhi, I think you're missing a lot before being able to achieve what you
wish. I'd suggest you go slowly about it and start understanding the easy
thing first. Have you followed the tutorials from the web site like the one
showing how to use Cactus with Tomcat?

Cactus has not reached a level where you can use it without understanding
how it works. Or rather it has reached that level but only for the Ant and
Maven integration. So if you wish to use it with Eclipse for example you'll
need to understand how Cactus works. I suggest reading:
