Hi.  The server here required authentication using either the NTLM and
Negotiate protocol.  cadaver does not support NTLM but does support
Negotiate, if Kerberos is configured on the client OS (and in the same
realm as the server, etc).  

So you either need to set up Kerberos on the client box, or switch the
server to use e.g. simple username/password Basic authentication.
