Hi,
Yes, there is a fast lift from Encamp to Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig.
May be they've got info on this at their Web site (it's AndorraWeb's
directory, search for "Grau Roig").
I've never taken this lift, but I think my family did take it and said it
was great and very fast. I'll ask them again.
Regarding partying in Encamp, I definitely have to check this with my
younger sister. I have not gone out at night since some years ago... :-(
Will write again with more info when I get it.
