I think you may be misunderstanding the exchange rates. There is no
"Andorran Peseta". French francs and Spanish pesetas circulate in
Andorra. Most prices are in pesetas but either currency is accepted.
It is usually best to pay in whichever currency the price is stated.
Currently the exchange rates are 9.19 francs or 818 pesetas to the pound
so GBP 89 would be 818 francs or 72800 pesetas. I don't know the costs
of equipment hire in Andorra - hopefully someone else can help on that -
but these currency conversions may help you to make a fair comparison.
BTW, if you should see any prices in Euros, the rate is 1.45 to the
pound but cash transactions are still in the national currencies.
