There are plenty of cash machines in Andorra so you should not have any
problems with your cards.  I would expect VISA and Mastercard to be
accepted anywhere and you should not have to look too far for acceptance
of Switch and Delta.  The machines have instructions in a choice of
languages and can deliver either pesetas or francs.  I normally carry a
few travellers cheques as a precaution against loss or theft of my cards
but I have not needed to use them.

For most things in Andorra payment in pesetas or francs is equally
acceptable.  Even the parking meters give you the choice. :-)  Generally
it is better to pay in whichever currency the price is displayed.  This
is usually pesetas except in Pas de la Casa where pricing in francs (for
the French day trippers) is more common.

I have not visited Andorra in winter so can't help you re the
snowboarding.  Enjoy your trip.
