I require information about the 1996 Passive residents Law. I
need to know such things as whether permanent residents:
1. are allowed to work in Andorra, and if so, where they must
apply
2. will be granted citizenship, and if so, after how
long
3. are subject to any taxes in Andorra, and if so, which
ones.
