The main city is Andorra la Vella but it is just next to Escaldes-Engordany.
You can search "Andorra la Vella" in the "Tourism" category of the
directory and you will find some web pages about different hotels, so you
can choose according to the kind of hotel you want:

Sorry, never having stayed in a hotel in Andorra, I may not be the best
person to recommend a hotel.

You can visit the "Old Town" (Barri Antic in Catalan). It is next to the
curch in Andorra la Vella. There are a couple of restaurants there (sorry
forgot the names). The Parliament (Casa de la Vall) is also there.
In Escaldes you can go to the hot spring complex "Caldea":
