This is what my friend Joan who knows Soldeu has wrote to me:
"Nightlife in Soldeu in summer is the same as in the middle of the desert.
To get some nightlife you will have to drive to Encamp or to the other
valley (Erts, La Massana, Arinsal etc).
The usuals customers are few and normally are Germans or Dutch over 65
years old."
