Don't forget that hotels often add a substantial premium to the
telephone charges. If you want to spend much time online it may be
cheaper to visit a cyber cafe. The telephone sockets in
France/Andorra/Spain are not the same as in the UK so you will need a
set of adapters to plug in your modem.

The two main Andorran ISPs appear to be Andornet and Solucions. It may
be worth looking at their web sites to see whether they offer a month's
free trial or something similar. (If you sign up for a trial offer
don't forget to cancel the subscription before the month is up!). A
working knowledge of Catalan would be an advantage to understand what is
offered and the sign-up procedure.

Some ISPs which you can access in the UK also have a presence in France,
e.g. AOL and Clara.net, so they may be worth considering. There is a
full list of French ISPs and their access points posted to one of the
French newsgroups. If it would help, I may be able to find it for you.
