Dear Jordi, the administrative treatment you will receive will be the same as other
European Community citizens, that is quite advantageous in respect to non-communitary
citizens which have strict some quotas.
You have the advantage of speaking the official language (Catalan) even if not
everyone will value it.
During winter season you should not have any problem, as all ski resorts and
hospitality sector are in need of labour in big numbers.
The easiest thing would be to contact directly the ski resorts companies as they have
easiness to get working permits.
Once in Andorra it will be easier to get longer term work.
