My friend Sita has proposes this recipe:

FRIED EGGS WITH HONEY
Ingredients: eggs, honey, olive oil
First put the pan with the oil on the fire. When hot, fry the egg and after fried
retire some of the oil and the egg.
Mix the remaining oil with a table spoon of honey. Mix the honey with the oil and put
the fried egg on a dish and over it the mixture of oil and honey.
Serve very hot.
