One for the Andorran readers to answer (Jordi please translate): I got a parking ticket in St Juli� de L�ria on Friday. It was a very polite one which simply recorded the number and description of my car and pointed out that the first hour in the multi-storey car parks is free. There was no intention not to pay. The ticket machine was "en panne" (red light flashing and the coin slot blocked). Question: Do they keep any record of the car number so they can fine you if you offend a second time? -- E. J.
