Have you considered France? I certainly wouldn't fancy dealing with the
immigration formalities in Catalan but I am now happily settled in
France, conveniently close to Andorra. I may have been lucky with the
place I chose but the formalities turned out to be a lot easier than I
had feared. The British bureaucracy is getting up my nose more than the
French.
