Nicky, You should contact the cafes and hotels directly. Plenty of English tourists in Soldeu and Arinsal. There are some hotels in these 2 towns listed in AndorraWEB's Directory. Run a search for "soldeu" and one for "arinsal". If you want to improve your Catalan skills better go to one of the other resorts...
