In France I pay 19.90 francs and even that is cheap compared the UK. When in UK recently I bought a pack of 16 from a vending machine and it cost me GBP 4.30 :-( Cigarette prices in Andorra are gradually catching up with the French price as the duty on imported tobacco has been hiked several times in response to pressure from the neighbouring countries. -- E.
