If you want to come to work in Andorra it would be nice to learn catalan as it is the official language. It's not very difficult to learn, specially if you have some notions of french. For the second question. First of all The Horchata de Chufa is originally form Valencia, not Catalunya, and you can find it everywhere in Spain. In Andorra is more normal to find it in the summer, as it was originally a refreshing summer drink. Nearly every bar has it, fresh or bottled.
