Issue 1:

I see Sue commented on this, well sort of...,
"in" is used for Indonesian language and "IN" is used for India country
using "id" & "ID" for Indonesian language and country might be the
correct thing to do...
Issue 2:

It might be best to use a unique abbreviations in
orchestrator_country_list[] and for the corresponding entry in:
orchestrator_lang_list[]
e.g.:
123 {"my", "Burmese"},
...
239 {"MY", "Malaysia"},
