Once I saw some mount point is not removed after delete service, like:
  /tftpboot/I86PC.OpenSolaris-9 on /install-service/boot
But I can not reproduce it.

Yes, we've done test successfully with following config:

Server package is the same for 111b1 and 111b2 testing,both are
   pkg:/SUNWinstalladm-tools at 0.5.11,5.11-0.111:20090508T161008Z

And the ai image for 111b2 we are using is:
   osol-0906-111b2-ai-x86.iso / osol-0906-111b2-ai-sparc.iso

I also did the same process include delete 111b1 service and re-create new
service with new 111b2 image( without reboot AI server host), I did not 
have tftp issues.
But I just did it manually.
