Yeah, I have done that already, the missing part was the dns-sd process.

I moved AI to the another NIC, so it wouldn't help since 'installadm'
and dhcp-server are configured to bind on `hostname` by default.

It's 'svccfg -s svc:/system/install/server:default listprop
AIos-ai-b117/txt_record'
I have missed that because there was a missing IP address in /etc/hosts :)
