Hi April,
        This is a question most likely more appropriate for 
indiana-discuss being caiman focuses on Solaris Install (and Indiana more 
on the overall OpenSolaris experience).
        However, you can run cron -l as root to see if root runs anything 
out of cron, which traditionally is used to run system maintenance (or any 
repeating scheduled) tasks at a specified time.
