With respect to 4021, the workaround is that I specify IP address of IPS 
repository in AI manifest.
Naming services still don't work in the image - But actually it is easy 
to make DNS work.
It is necessary to

* manually populate /etc/resolv.conf with information about DNS servers
* cp /etc/nsswitch.dns /etc/nsswitch.conf
* restart dns/client service

Please see the other message which contains the report
from installation for issues I have noticed.

Yes - I have attached the AI manifest to the email containing
the report from the installation. Target disk is explicitly specified.
