I concur with you and Alok - doing the opposite would prevent user from being able to observe the installed system and log files before reboot occurs, wouldn't be user friendly if user was logged in by the time the installation finished and might cause the installer to be inadvertently restarted if network was selected as default boot device. Since auto-installer start method exits after installation is done, what might be the right approach to prevent the start method from being restarted ? Might be the good way to disable auto-installer SMF service before the start method exits ? Thank you, Jan
