Thanks for the response. I propose we go with this fix the way it is.

If this is used on something prior to bld 100 the ICT will fail and 
produce an error message. This could be release noted.

Without this fix and the underlying support in pkg this ICT can take 
over one hour. So it might be better if it failed with an error message 
then having the install go for so long.

Dave, What do you think/advise?
