Jack,
If the installadm create-service used with options (-i and -c) to
create dhcp server on the install server machine, then installadm will
create the dhcp server and addresses to be offered to the client. After
that all the DHCP macros are automatically created on the DHCP server
since we have access and permission to update the DHCP table.
If the DHCP server is remote, we print a message asking them to
create a DHCP macro with information about the options.
The bug 7744 is mainly for remote DHCP servers. Aside from providing
the options, providing the actual command to create DHCP macro on a
remote DHCP server will be more helpful
