This is a good point. From this perspective I agree with you that
both two bugs fall into that category.

That would be huge achievement given the level of ambivalence
exposed during discussions happening around 5003 :-)
Seriously, I will follow up on this with people responsible for
dumpadm stuff once I am back from vacation.
