Scenarios, yes. Probably more because AI is also a scenario, and there should be an allowance for specialist installers. That doesn't imply that many code paths. The simple variant could simply be the full variant invoked with the --choose-all-defaults flag. All could simply generate an install profile, allowing the back-end code doing the heavy lifting to be shared.
